Switching systems provide the essential prerequisites for the proper functioning of measurement and automation technology. With state-of-the-art 3D engineering tools, highly qualified employees assemble and set up the wiring of customised systems. All components are supplied by well-known manufacturers in compliance with VDE regulations and EMC directives (DIN EN 61439/VDE 0660-600). In the switching system construction, we rely on standardised configuration and assembly procedures. These are highly economic and effective. Each system is supplied with a test report, which confirms the proper functioning and approval to you.
Combination of motors and switchgear for protecting and switching motors from a central point. These electrical components contain coordinated control protection devices and control devices. If these are implemented in plug-in technology, they are also referred to as MCC (Motor Control Cabinet). By using the motor/switch combinations, you increase the lifetime of your drives and thus reduce the maintenance and operating costs.
Switchgear combinations are usually used to control, measure and regulate plants and processes in industrial drives. These combined devices are placed in compact enclosures. Switchgear combinations can be used very flexibly. This gives our customers a high degree of flexibility in automation requirements.
All electrical protective devices are kept in protective facilities (NSUV). They are a link between the low-voltage main distribution and the consumers. In larger buildings and industrial plants there are usually additional sub- and group distributions, which are also supplied by the NSUV. We integrate control units in the sub-distributions, which switch and optimise electrical energy as required. Our customers not only work more economically and save energy, but also increase the lifetime of their plants.
The low-voltage main distribution (NSHV) serves as the central point of the power supply of a building. As a rule, it draws its voltage from the public network through an upstream MS/NS transformer. Downstream distributions are provided through the NSHV. We supply low-voltage distributions up to 4,000 A. If plants have to work without interruption, we will build them redundantly.
For the use of switchgear assemblies for measuring, controlling and regulating in potentially explosive atmospheres, we manufacture the systems with the appropriate ATEX approval for dust explosion zone 22 and the gas explosion Zone 2. We have been installing electrotechnical systems for many years in these safety-relevant locations. You profit from our know-how and can be assured of maximum protection.
